Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.

Brush each tortilla with melted butter.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, then cut into 1.5–2 inch rolls.

Place the rolls cut side up in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Drizzle the glaze over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
Notes
- Add chopped nuts or raisins for extra texture.
- You can use whole wheat tortillas for a slightly healthier version.
- For a richer glaze, use cream instead of milk.
